To secure your photoshoot date, we simply ask for a £25 / £50 refundable deposit.
This payment confirms your slot in our diary — without it, we’re unable to hold your appointment.
Because our studio works with one client at a time, each session is carefully prepared just for you.
When someone doesn’t attend or cancels at the last minute, it leaves our diary and team time unused. Your deposit helps us protect that time and keep everything running smoothly.
At your viewing appointment, you can choose to:
Use your deposit towards any order you place, or have it fully refunded to the same method you paid with if you decide not to order anything.
We want this process to be as fair and flexible as possible. ❤️
When the deposit is non-refundable
Your deposit will be forfeited if:
You don’t attend your session or your viewing appointment.
You cancel, postpone, or reschedule with less than 5 days’ notice, as this doesn’t give us time to offer your slot to another client.
We completely understand that life happens — especially when it comes to illness or family emergencies. If this happens, we’ll happily rebook your appointment. In these cases:
The deposit will go towards our preparation costs.
But when you attend your viewing, we’ll give you new deposit off any order of £150 or more as a thank-you for rescheduling.
(If your order is under £150, the original deposit will be retained.)
If you need to cancel or rearrange more than once with less than 5 days’ notice, a new deposit will be required. Don’t worry — as long as you attend this rebooked appointment, that deposit will be fully refunded.
