Bespoke Products

Every portrait, wall art piece, album and digital artwork we produce is individually designed and created specifically for you.
These products are personalised and cannot be resold to another customer.

For this reason, once your order has been confirmed and you leave the studio, your order is considered final, and production will begin.

Final Orders

By placing your order, you confirm that:

You have viewed and approved all images selected for purchase.

You have approved all cropping, artwork, framing, sizes and finishes.

You understand that your order is a bespoke, made-to-order product.

Once you leave the studio, your order cannot be cancelled, changed or refunded unless required by your statutory rights.

No Cooling-Off Period

As your order consists of personalised goods made to your specification, it is exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation
rights that normally apply to distance or off-premises sales under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Changes to Orders

Once an order has been placed:

Images cannot be exchanged

products cannot be resized

frame choices cannot be altered

Digital collections cannot be substituted

Additional discounts cannot be applied retrospectively.

Any changes requested after the order has entered production may require a completely new order at the current retail price.

Returns & Refunds

Because every order is custom-made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

change of mind

personal preference

changes in décor

family disagreement over image selection

ordering the wrong size after approval

deciding you no longer want the artwork.

This does not affect your legal rights if a product is faulty, damaged, or not supplied as agreed.

Damaged or Defective Products

Please inspect your order upon collection or delivery.

If your artwork arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 7 days
so we can inspect the product and, where appropriate, repair or replace it.

Colour & Appearance

Whilst every effort is made to ensure accurate colour reproduction, colours may vary slightly between computer screens,
mobile devices and professionally printed products.

These minor variations are normal and do not constitute a fault.

Collection & Storage

Completed orders should be collected within 30 days of notification.

Orders not collected within six months may incur storage charges or, after reasonable notice,
be disposed of if no collection arrangements have been made.

Acceptance of Terms

By placing your order and leaving the viewing appointment, you acknowledge that:
